Celeste McCarthy discovered yoga over twenty years ago in a search for relief of scoliosis pain. Not only did a consistent practice strengthen the muscles supporting her spine, but it helped her navigate stress as well as heal from past traumas and stuck patterns.

Celeste believes in the power of yoga for everyone, no matter their flexibility or prior experience. She incorporates breathwork in her classes and encourages students to find the balance between effort and ease, whether practicing flow or holding long postures in Yin.

Her classes are both challenging and empowering to new and seasoned yogis alike. Celeste earned her YTT 200 from SWIHA in 2004 and LifePower in 2016, her YTT 300 from Yogas Arc, and a 100-hour specialization in Yoga Nidra through I Am Yoga Nidra.
